Chicalba offers specialised packages to suit individual family wishes. Chicalba can provide musicians for Church services, Graveside services, Cemetery Chapel services and Memorial services. A few Churches prefer not to have bagpipes played inside the sanctuary, so we usually stay at the rear of the Church, or in the vestibule or foyer area. If you want bagpiping inside the Church please speak to your Priest, Pastor, Minister or Musical Director to check that it is okay.

Most cemetery chapels are small, so we play outside before and after the service.

Chicalba Bagpiping Services will provide professional bagpipers in all weather condiitons and throughout the coldest winter months. These bagpipers will play outside wherever possible and only seek refuge from the elements when absolutely necessary.
There may be occasions where the temperature drops below a safe level for both the bagpiper and the instrument. Chicalba will make every effort to keep both the family and the funeral director aware of this during particulary cold spells.
